Golden Finance report, April 24th: According to Al Jazeera, former U.S. ambassador to Bahrain Adam Ereli commented on Iran’s resilience and essence in resisting attacks from the U.S.: “The Iranian Revolutionary Guard has ‘revolutionary enthusiasm,’ which means they are capable of surviving; Iran’s capacity to endure pain is much longer than most U.S. decision-makers have calculated. It is still unclear how long Tehran can hold out under the ‘siege’ imposed by the U.S., but it is likely to last much longer than the U.S. expects, especially in terms of yielding to Americans. They have a sense of pride and survival consciousness; for them, this is a life-and-death war. They must survive. For us, this is a selective war. We can withdraw tomorrow, and the U.S. will still be fine. But for Iran, it is different—this is a ‘battle for survival.’”(Jin10)
