A Golden Finance report states that Turkey is preparing to submit a new law on regulating encrypted assets to the parliament. This law aims to align with international standards, reduce risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions, and implement strict regulation of cryptocurrency trading platforms by the Capital Markets Board. It will also ensure the safe custody of assets, establish transparent platform-customer relationships, and specify sanctions for violations. It is expected that the legislative proposal will be submitted to the parliament within a week.
