本周非农数据落地，叠加中东局势反复，黄金走出深V洗盘、探底回升走势，多空格局正式明朗。非农大幅爆冷，降息预期显著升温，金价从低位5060强势反弹，站稳5150上方，短期多头重新掌控节奏。

本周低点5060形成强支撑，是本轮多头防守线；上方压力看5200整数 关口，突破则打开上行空间；短线第一压力在5190–5200，第一支撑5130–5150。

下周思路以回踩低吸、顺势做多为主，不盲目追高，关键支撑不破，趋势性机会仍在。

操作上，回踩5130–5150支撑布局多单，防守5110下方，目标先看5190，再看5200。
