According to Reuters, ahead of tomorrow's Banking Committee hearing, Paul Atkins disclosed the assets and investments owned by himself and his wife.

According to this, Paul Atkins stated that he and his wife have assets worth at least 327 million dollars and cryptocurrency investments of up to 6 million dollars.

Accordingly, Paul Atkins and his wife have assets of over $327 million, mostly consisting of shares in Atkins' consulting firm Patomak Global Partners and Tamko Building Products.

Atkins also has shares in various cryptocurrency companies, each worth 500,000 dollars, at Anchorage Digital and the tokenization platform Securitize. Additionally, he has an investment ranging from 1 million to 5 million dollars in Off the Chain Capital, a crypto-focused fund.

Atkins stated that he plans to sell his stake in Securitize to avoid any conflict of interest while committing to resign from his position as CEO of Patomak within 90 days of the SEC chair's approval.

Paul Atkins, who previously served as a commissioner at the SEC, is now giving strong support to Bitcoin (BTC) and cryptocurrencies.

At this point, Paul Atkins' assumption of the SEC Chairmanship is of great importance for the cryptocurrency market. Because there are applications waiting in front of the SEC to add staking to Ethereum ETFs and ETF applications for altcoins such as XRP, Solana. The decision regarding these applications is expected to be made after Paul Atkins takes office.
