I have been actively trading on your platform for a long time. I have noticed that the Lucky Bag rewards I won through Gate.io’s events and airdrops have not been credited to my account.

Despite fulfilling all the conditions specified by Gate.io, I have not received any refunds or rewards. I kindly request a thorough review of this issue and the full delivery of the rewards I am entitled to.

I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible, and I look forward to your response regarding the progress of this matter.

Some rewards are given after 14 work days, some are 30 work days. 14 work days can go above 22 days whereas 30 work-days can go way above 40 days.
