"International delivery of a driver's license is already available in 27 European countries. From today, this service is also available in Sweden, Georgia, Portugal, Greece and Norway," he said in Telegram.
Klymenko reminded that almost five months ago, the Ministry of Internal Affairs launched this service so that Ukrainians abroad could quickly and conveniently exchange driver's documents without bureaucracy and queues
It is noted that the application can be made through the Driver's Office. According to him, to date, Ukrainians have exchanged more than 5,000 driver's licenses using the international delivery service.
Delivery of rights abroad: what is known
Starting from October 2023, Ukrainians will be able to order an exchange of a driver's license online with delivery outside the country. At the beginning, this service became available for people living in Poland. However, over time, the service became available in more and more countries.
International delivery takes about 15 days. The estimated cost of a driver's license is UAH 311 for a form and administrative service. Logistics costs by a postal carrier abroad will amount to UAH 960.
As of February 2024, international delivery of driver's licenses has been organized in 5 more countries. In this way, the service has already covered more than 20 countries.
