China Overseas (00688), Wharf Holdings (00004), and others have sold a seaside large apartment at Kai Tak Waterfront - Phase 1A, specifically Unit A on the 27th floor of Block 1A. The unit includes 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, and a study with a bathroom, and has a usable area of 819 square feet. The contract amount is approximately HKD 32.871 million, with a price per square foot of about HKD 40,136, setting a new high for both the project’s sale price and price per square foot.

It is understood that the buyer considers the Kai Tak runway area to be a prime location, with the project built by the sea, offering a first-line view of Victoria Harbour. Additionally, the seaside residents’ clubhouse facilities are abundant and hard to come by in the market. Therefore, seizing the recent positive atmosphere in the residential market and the upward trend in property prices, the buyer immediately decided to purchase after visiting the completed unit.
