Yun Factory (02512.HK) Annual revenue increased by 33.3% to 944 million yuan, with a profit of 11.8 million yuan within the year.
Gelonghui March 26丨Yun Gongchang (02512.HK) announced its annual performance. For the fiscal year 2025, the group recorded total revenue of approximately RMB 943.5 million, compared to approximately RMB 707.6 million in 2024, representing an increase of about 33.3%. This growth was mainly due to the continuous expansion of the group’s business scale and the contribution of new business areas to revenue, particularly the rapid development of the IDC solutions service segment and the intelligent computing segment, which drove overall revenue growth.
During the reporting period, a profit of RMB 11.8 million was recorded for the year, while a profit of approximately RMB 12.4 million was reported for the fiscal year 2024. This decrease was mainly attributed to increased R&D expenses, other expenses, impairment losses on financial assets, and rising financial costs.
In the reporting period, IDC solutions services remained the group’s main source of revenue, generating approximately RMB 758.6 million, accounting for 80.4% of the group’s total revenue. Compared to the same period last year, the IDC business continued to maintain a robust growth trend, with revenue increasing by approximately 15.2% year-on-year. The group continued to expand its high-value customer base, focusing on internet platform companies, cloud service providers, and AI large model enterprises, adding 16 new IDC clients during the year and continuously expanding the geographical coverage of IDC solutions services, further enhancing market penetration and service capabilities.
During the reporting period, edge computing services recorded revenue of approximately RMB 41.6 million, a year-on-year decrease of about 15.1%, accounting for approximately 4.4% of the group’s total revenue. The revenue change was mainly due to periodic fluctuations in service usage by large internet enterprise clients.
