Southern Oil LOF will suspend trading from the market opening on March 26 until the market close on the same day.

On March 26, Southern Fund announced that, as of the midday closing of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on March 26, 2026, the secondary market trading price of Class A shares of Southern Oil Securities Investment Fund significantly exceeded the net asset value of the fund shares, resulting in a substantial premium. This is to remind investors to pay attention to the premium risk of secondary market trading prices. If investors blindly invest in fund shares with a high premium rate, they may suffer significant losses. To protect the interests of investors, this fund will suspend trading from the afternoon opening on March 26, 2026, until the market closes that day.
