Educational Development Corporation (EDUC) has secured a new $2 million revolving credit agreement with Regent Bank, backed by a personal guarantee from CEO Craig White. This move allows EDUC to transition its banking relationship, potentially increasing borrowing capacity and reducing interest rates. The agreement follows recent efforts to restructure the company’s balance sheet, including the sale of its Hilti Complex.
