Gelonghui, March 26丨Road King (01098.HK) announced its annual results. For the year 2025, the group achieved property sales (including joint venture and associate projects) of RMB 7.39 billion, a decrease of approximately 41% compared to last year. The group’s Indonesian highway project recorded toll revenue of HKD 1.695 billion in 2025, a decrease of about 4% from last year; excluding the impact of exchange rates, it remained flat compared to last year. In 2025, the group recorded a post-tax loss of HKD 5.302 billion, with a loss attributable to shareholders of HKD 5.982 billion, resulting in a loss per share of HKD 7.98.
In 2025, the group’s real estate division’s business revenue mainly came from property deliveries, with projects in the Yangtze River Delta region accounting for approximately 59% of total delivery revenue. Affected by the ongoing downturn in the real estate market and promotional price reductions from competitors in the same region, the group’s property sales volume and price both fell, resulting in a loss of HKD 3.714 billion in the real estate division for the year.
In 2025, the total traffic volume for the group’s Indonesian highway project was 31.88 million vehicles, with an average daily mixed traffic volume of approximately 87,300 vehicles, a slight increase of about 1% compared to last year. The toll revenue in Indonesian Rupiah for the entire year of the Indonesian highway project was essentially flat compared to the previous year, while the toll revenue converted to HKD was impacted by a depreciation of about 4% of the Indonesian Rupiah against the HKD, leading to a decrease in toll revenue to HKD 1.695 billion.
