Xinyuan CSI Hong Kong Stock Connect Technology Index Fund terminates fundraising early
On March 26, Xinyuan Fund issued an announcement regarding the early termination of the fundraising for the Xinyuan CSI Hong Kong Stock Connect Technology Index-Linked Securities Investment Fund.
The announcement states that the Xinyuan CSI Hong Kong Stock Connect Technology Index-Linked Securities Investment Fund began fundraising on February 9, 2026, with the original deadline set for May 8, 2026. According to the statistics, the fund has now met the filing conditions required for the fund contract to become effective.
To protect investors’ interests, in accordance with relevant regulations, and after consultation and agreement with the fund custodian, Xinyuan Fund Management Co., Ltd. has decided to end the fundraising early, with the deadline moved forward to March 25, 2026. That is, all valid subscription applications received on March 25, 2026, will be fully confirmed, and from March 26, 2026 (inclusive), no further subscription applications will be accepted.
