Brain Action Aurora (06681) announced that it has recently entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Tokyo Lifestyle.

The two parties will focus on the deep integration of cognitive impairment digital therapy and functional health products, jointly exploring an integrated platform model of “online cognitive ability assessment and training rehabilitation + offline functional health products organic combination” in regions such as Japan and Southeast Asia, aiming to build an AI digital health integrated platform for the elderly.

The group expects to invest approximately 15 million yuan in various aspects including manpower, equipment, and systems by 2026, in order to officially start platform operations in the second quarter of 2026 and contribute to revenue. Subsequently, the business will be further deepened based on the development of operations and considerations with partners.

The board believes that this strategic cooperation aligns with the group’s long-term development strategy and helps the group strategically migrate its verified product capabilities, in-hospital deep operational experience, and systemic delivery system in the Chinese market to regions with different regulatory frameworks, payment systems, and market structures.
