Shimao Services' revenue in 2025 is 7.88 billion yuan, roughly flat compared to 2024. Revenue from property management and community value-added services increased significantly, by 4.5% and 9.5% respectively. Urban services revenue dropped sharply by 42.8%. Gross profit decreased by 10.5%, but operating profit turned from a loss into a profit of 161.5 million yuan.

On March 27, Shimao Services released its 2025 full-year performance announcement.

The announcement shows that in 2025, the company’s revenue was RMB 7.880 billion, which was basically flat compared with RMB 7.8955 billion in the same period of 2024.

The group’s revenue came from four business segments: (1) property management services; (2) community value-added services; (3) value-added services for non-owners; and (4) city services. During the year, (1) property management services revenue was RMB 5.8165 billion, accounting for 73.8% of total revenue, up 4.5% from RMB 5.5643 billion in the same period of 2024; (2) community value-added services revenue was RMB 1.3228 billion, accounting for 16.8% of total revenue, up 9.5% from RMB 1.2077 billion in the same period of 2024; (3) value-added services for non-owners revenue was RMB 0.1991 billion, accounting for 2.5% of total revenue, up 13.1% from RMB 0.1760 billion in the same period of 2024; and (4) city services revenue was RMB 0.5416 billion, accounting for 6.9% of total revenue, down 42.8% year over year from RMB 0.9475 billion in the same period of 2024.

Gross profit was RMB 1.4001 billion, down 10.5% year over year from RMB 1.5643 billion in the same period of 2024.

Operating profit was RMB 0.1615 billion, compared with an operating loss of RMB 0.1577 billion in the same period of 2024, showing a significant improvement.
