Recently, Skyworth Digital (000810) released its 2025 annual report, showing revenue of 8.809 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.33%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 180 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 28.28%.
The 2025 annual report indicates that the total remuneration for the company’s directors, supervisors, and senior management in 2025 was 12.0829 million yuan, a decrease of 10.6759 million yuan compared to 22.7588 million yuan in 2024, representing a year-on-year decline of 46.91%. Chairman and Director Shi Chi received a total pre-tax remuneration of 120,000 yuan from the company in 2025, earning remuneration from related parties. Director and General Manager He Xuan received a total pre-tax remuneration of 2.1785 million yuan from the company in 2025, with no remuneration from related parties. Director, Executive Vice General Manager, and Board Secretary Zhang Zhi received a total pre-tax remuneration of 1.6959 million yuan from the company in 2025, with no remuneration from related parties.

Mr. Shi Chi, born in 1971, holds a Ph.D. in Communication and Information Systems from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, is a senior engineer, a member of the fifth committee of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, a standing committee member of the seventh Shenzhen Youth Federation, a member of the National Radio and Television Standardization Technical Committee, and vice president of the Shenzhen Software Industry Association, as well as a leading talent at the local level in Shenzhen. He joined Skyworth Group in 2000 and has held positions including Deputy General Manager of the Digital TV Division of Skyworth Group, director of the first and second boards of directors of Shenzhen Skyworth Digital Technology Co., Ltd., and General Manager. He currently serves as an executive director and CEO of Skyworth Group Co., Ltd. (00751.HK), and president of Shenzhen Skyworth-RGB Electronics Co., Ltd. He is a non-independent director and chairman of the company and a director and chairman of the wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Skyworth Digital Technology Co., Ltd. The interactive television system he led the research and development of, based on HFC and IP hybrid networks, won the first prize for technological advancement in Hubei Province in 2009, the digital-compatible color television receiver he led the research and development of won the second prize for science and technology in Guangdong Province in 2006, and the “Energy-saving Technology Project for Digital TV Receivers” he led won the Shenzhen Science and Technology Advancement Award in 2010.
The company’s 2025 annual equity distribution plan is: a cash dividend of 0.80 yuan (after tax) for every 10 shares, totaling cash dividends of 92,015,646.32 yuan.
