On March 24, the Liaoning Office of the National Financial Regulatory Administration issued an approval, approving Wu Tao’s qualification to serve as a director and vice chairman of the board of Liaoning Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., and approving Wu Tao’s qualification to serve as the bank’s president.

The approval shows that Liaoning Rural Commercial Bank should require the above-approved personnel to strictly comply with the regulatory rules on supervision issued by the National Financial Regulatory Administration. Within 3 months from the date this administrative licensing decision is made, they must take up their positions and report the status of taking up the positions in a timely manner as required. If they fail to take up their positions within the time limit specified above, this approval document will become invalid, and the deciding authority will handle the administrative license revocation procedures.
