Earlier today (March 28), local time, the Israeli military reported detecting a ballistic missile launched from the direction of Yemen. It is claimed to be the first missile fired from Yemen toward Israel since the large-scale US-Israel airstrikes on Iran and Iran's retaliatory actions. The missile is said to have been intercepted over Beersheba, Israel. A few hours ago, Yemen's Houthi spokesperson Yahya Saree released a video statement saying that if the escalation against Iran and the "Axis of Resistance" continues, the Houthis are prepared to directly intervene militarily.
