Russian Forces Strike Civilian Infrastructure In Konotop Mayor
(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Konotop Mayor Artem Semenikhin reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“We have an incoming strike,” he wrote.
According to the mayor, the attack targeted civilian infrastructure and the city’s housing sector.
