Gelonghui, March 26｜Sun Cable announced that its shareholder with over 5% ownership, Xiamen Xiangyu Group Co., Ltd., and its concerted actors reduced their holdings in the company by a total of 15,599,616 shares between December 26, 2025, and March 25, 2026, through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 2.16% of the company’s total share capital. After the reduction, Xiangyu Group and its concerted actors collectively hold 97,785,086 shares in the company, accounting for 13.54% of the total share capital. This reduction does not violate any relevant regulations or commitments, will not lead to changes in the company’s controlling shareholder or actual controller, and does not affect the company’s governance structure or ongoing operations.
