Qiangda Circuit Announcement: The company’s director and deputy manager, Song Shixiang, has applied to resign from his positions as director and deputy manager of the company’s second board of directors for personal reasons, and also to resign from his roles as a member of the board’s compensation and assessment committee. After his resignation, Song Shixiang will not hold any other positions in the company. Song Shixiang does not directly hold company shares but indirectly holds 1,013,200 shares of the company through Ningbo Free Trade Zone Hongchaoxiang Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), accounting for 1.3442% of the company’s total share capital.
