The company has life insurance agents, bancassurance channels, and community financial channels. This balanced channel structure allows the company to effectively resist the impact of market fluctuations on performance when the market experiences volatility. Regarding the agents themselves, the company continues to move forward on the path of high-quality transformation, and the situation is increasingly improving. As a result, the per capita productivity of the agents is continuously increasing, and the structure of the agents, meaning the proportion of high-performing agents among all agents, is continuously optimizing. The promotion ratio of supervisors is also continuously increasing, which means the combat effectiveness of the agent team is getting stronger, enabling them to achieve sustained performance growth more effectively in market competition.”
