On March 24, 2026, ABC International acted as a joint global coordinator, joint bookrunner, and joint lead sponsor to assist Kaile Technology Group Co., Ltd. (“Kaile”, Hong Kong Stock Code: 2729.HK) in successfully listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

As a highly anticipated listing project in the Hong Kong stock market’s logistics robotics sector for 2026, this successful issuance fully demonstrates the global investors’ high recognition of Kaile as a leading technology-driven logistics robotics company, with the public offering section being oversubscribed by 2,153.26 times and the international placement section being oversubscribed by 3.37 times. The issuance price was HKD 16.66 per H-share, raising approximately HKD 751 million. This time, ABC International acted as a capital market intermediary, leveraging its deep understanding of the logistics robotics industry and cross-border capital to actively communicate with high-quality investors, ensuring the successful listing of the company.

Kaile is a company focused on the field of intelligent in-warehouse logistics robotics, offering a wide range of robotic products, with its core centered around three product lines: Multi-directional Shuttle Robot (MSR), Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR), and Conveyor Sorting Robot (CSR), providing a full range of products and automation solutions covering the core aspects of in-warehouse logistics such as access, handling, and sorting.

Kaile’s core competitiveness lies in its rare full-stack technical capabilities in the industry. For over a decade, the company has been committed to innovation in in-warehouse logistics automation, building a complete technology closed loop covering “perception—decision—execution.” According to Frost & Sullivan data, based on revenue in 2024, the company ranks fifth among the top five comprehensive intelligent in-warehouse logistics robot companies in China.
