Coffee futures prices fluctuate as tight supply offsets the impact of Brazil's upcoming harvest outlook.

Gelonghui March 26 | Coffee futures prices are fluctuating as traders weigh the tight spot supply caused by transportation disruptions against expectations of improved production in Brazil, the largest producer. Robusta coffee futures rose by 1.1% at one point, but the gains then narrowed. Arabica coffee futures prices in the New York market are also fluctuating between ups and downs. The inventory of Robusta coffee in exchange-regulated warehouses continues to decline slightly, indicating ongoing market tightness, while the premium for Vietnamese coffee beans is rising, reducing their attractiveness for delivery against London futures contracts.
