Lithium carbonate rose over 6%, palladium rose over 4%, platinum rose over 3%, Shanghai tin, Shanghai silver, and No. 20 rubber rose over 2%. On the downside, low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) and SC crude oil fell over 8%, fuel oil fell over 7%, and ethylene glycol fell over 6%.
