On March 27, Blue Whale News reported that the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau issued an administrative supervision decision targeting Zhongxing Caiguanghua Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership), Tang Yang, and Chen Weiwei.

The decision document indicates that Zhongxing Caiguanghua Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) encountered the following issues during the audit of the 2024 financial statements and internal control audit project of Zhejiang Dongwang Shidai Technology Co., Ltd.: control testing was inadequately executed; substantive procedures were inadequately executed; and some audit working papers contained incorrect information.

These actions violated the relevant requirements of the Chinese Certified Public Accountant Practice Standards and the provisions of the “Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Listed Companies.” Tang Yang and Chen Weiwei, as signing certified public accountants, should bear primary responsibility for the aforementioned related actions.

In response, the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to implement supervisory management measures by issuing warning letters to Zhongxing Caiguanghua Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership), Tang Yang, and Chen Weiwei, and to record this in the integrity archives of the securities and futures market.
