Ministry of Commerce: Urging Japan to earnestly reflect and correct mistakes, creating conditions for normal economic and trade cooperation between the two countries

On March 26, the Ministry of Commerce held a regular press conference. In response to questions regarding economic ties between China and Japan, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce, He Yongqian, stated that China is committed to high-level opening-up and is dedicated to creating a first-class business environment that is market-oriented, governed by the rule of law, and internationalized. The latest survey conducted by the Japan Chamber of Commerce in China shows that the overall operational conditions of Japanese companies in China are improving, with a high level of satisfaction regarding the Chinese business environment, and they will continue to deepen their presence in the Chinese market. A stable and healthy economic and trade relationship between China and Japan is in the common interest of both peoples. We again urge the Japanese side to seriously reflect and correct errors, creating conditions for normal economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. (Reporters: Xie Xiyao, He Xiao)
