Tianshan Electronics announced that the company recently received a notification from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application documents for issuing convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects by Guangxi Tianshan Electronics Co., Ltd. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange has verified the application documents submitted by the company for issuing convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects, found the application documents to be complete, and decided to accept them. The company’s issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects is still subject to review by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and can only be implemented after obtaining approval for registration from the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
