On March 16, the Sanming Supervision Branch of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission disclosed administrative penalty information showing that Xiamen Bank Co., Ltd. Sanming Branch was fined 1.9 million yuan for the following major violations: inadequate management of fixed asset loans; inadequate management of working capital loans; inadequate management of personal housing mortgage loans; and inadequate management of personal auto loan guarantee insurance business. The responsible person, Lin Qing, was given a warning.
