Barclays has maintained an Equalweight rating on Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) with a $360 price target, despite the stock trading slightly higher at $367.96. The firm’s analyst indicated that Tesla’s capital expenditures are expected to significantly exceed earlier estimates, potentially going “many multiples higher” than the $50 billion bull case for Terafab. Tesla also faces increased scrutiny from the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration regarding its driver assistance system, leading GLJ Research to reiterate a Sell rating, while Morgan Stanley and Stifel maintained positive outlooks based on robotaxi potential and strong automotive margins, respectively.
