The eighth stock in A-share history to reach 1,000 yuan!

On March 20, the three major A-share indices opened with mixed gains and losses. The Optical Module (CPO) index surged, with all constituent stocks rising. Mingpu Optoelectronics hit the daily limit, Changguang Huaxin rose 9.53%, Tianfu Communication increased 8.77%, Dekeli up 8.77%, and Xinyi Sheng gained 6.27%.

Popular stocks in the CPO concept saw Yuanjie Technology’s stock price reach 1,000 yuan. As of 9:48, the stock soared 18% to 1,122.34 yuan per share. It set a new all-time high, becoming the eighth stock in A-share history to reach 1,000 yuan. The stock price surpassed Cambrian, ranking as the second-highest priced stock in the A-share market. Based on the closing price on March 20, 2025, the stock has nearly a 690% increase over the past year.

Founded in 2013, Yuanjie Technology focuses on independent research, development, production, and sales of semiconductor laser chip technology. Over more than a decade, the company has developed 2.5G, 10G, 25G, and higher-speed laser chips, becoming the first domestic manufacturer to master 25G laser production.

In A-share history, a total of seven stocks have traded or currently trade above 1,000 yuan: Zhong Anke, Kweichow Moutai, YunSai Zhilian, Cambrian, Stone Technology, Hema股份, and Aimeike. Among them, Kweichow Moutai, Stone Technology, and Aimeike all reached their historical highs in 2021, while Hema股份 and Cambrian hit new highs in 2022 and 2025, respectively.
