Bohai Leasing: intends to repurchase company shares for 300 million to 500 million yuan

Bohai Leasing Announcement: The company plans to use its own funds and self-raised funds to repurchase shares through centralized bidding transactions, with a repurchase amount not exceeding RMB 500 million (inclusive) and not less than RMB 300 million (inclusive). The repurchase price will not exceed RMB 7.36 per share (inclusive). The estimated number of shares to be repurchased is between 40.76 million and 67.93 million, accounting for approximately 0.66% to 1.10% of the company’s current total issued share capital.
