On March 4th, the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission issued an approval, confirming the qualification of Xiao Tao as Chief Compliance Officer of Xintai Life Insurance Co., Ltd.

The approval states that Xintai Life Insurance should require the approved personnel to strictly comply with the relevant regulatory provisions of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, to assume their position within two months from the date of this administrative licensing decision, and to report their appointment status in a timely manner as required. If the personnel do not assume their position within the specified period, this approval document will become invalid, and the bureau will proceed with the cancellation of the administrative license.
