To thoroughly implement the relevant requirements of the Henan Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau for the 2026 “3.15” Financial Consumer Rights Protection Education and Promotion Campaign, and to practice digital financial services for people’s livelihood, Ping An Health Insurance Henan Branch invited Yushu Robot on March 12. The event was held at Greenland Twin Towers and Sky City Mall in Zhengzhou, themed “Clear and Bright Financial Networks, Protecting Peace of Mind Consumption.” The purpose was to enhance the financial literacy of new employment groups and consumers, and to strengthen the safety barrier for financial consumption. The event innovatively used robots as “Financial Consumer Rights Protection Guides,” leveraging technology to make the dissemination of financial knowledge more lively and engaging.

“Robot as a Rights Protector” Empowers New Employment Groups. The robot explained relevant knowledge about financial consumer rights to delivery workers on site, including “Eight Major Rights of Financial Consumers—Property Security, Right to Know, Right to Choose, Right to Fair Trade, Right to Legal Compensation, Right to Education, Right to Respect, and Information Security,” “Suitability Principles,” prevention of “Illegal Intermediaries,” and avoidance of “Black and Gray Market” activities. This helped everyone better understand financial consumer protection and identify potential risks in consumption. The delivery workers expressed that through interactive engagement with the intelligent robot, they could not only experience future technological life scenarios intuitively but also better recognize and prevent potential risks. On-site, practical daily necessities such as hand sanitizer, mugwort massage oil, and tissues were distributed to the delivery workers.

Ping An Health Insurance Henan Branch used various forms such as robot explanations, case studies, risk alerts, and interactive Q&A to help delivery workers identify common financial scams, improve risk awareness, demonstrate how to prevent “illegal intermediaries” and “black and gray market” traps, and remind them to report suspicious situations to relevant authorities promptly.

The “Robot as a Rights Protector” activity conducted by Ping An Health Insurance Henan Branch not only innovated in format but also carefully designed content. It aims to expand the coverage and effectiveness of financial education through diverse explanation methods.
