Middle East Conflict | Iran Attacks US and Israeli Targets, Israeli Military Strikes Revolutionary Guard Base
Iran continues its conflict with the United States and Israel. On Monday, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps issued a statement saying that during the 77th wave of the “Real Commitment-4” operation, Iran launched attacks on multiple U.S. military bases and Israeli targets in the Middle East, using “Zolfaghar” missiles and drones to strike Kuwait’s Salim Air Base, Saudi Arabia’s Sultan Air Base, and targets in the United Arab Emirates.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) also announced that on the previous night, they carried out a series of airstrikes on Tehran, Iran’s capital. The IDF targeted several military bases and weapons production facilities in Iran. The military stated that dozens of aircraft dropped over 100 bombs on these targets, including a base of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Quds Force responsible for operations and intelligence.
The IDF also attacked the Revolutionary Guard’s air defense command, ground forces command, intelligence command of the Quds Force, a naval cruise missile production base of the Iranian Ministry of Defense, and several other facilities involved in weapons manufacturing and research.
An Iranian military source said that Iran has prepared new surprises for the coming days of fighting, which could have significant effects. They also mentioned that U.S. President Trump is aware that U.S. ammunition supplies are in a dire state, unable to achieve military victory or reopen the Strait of Hormuz. All Washington’s military options have failed, and they are seeking a way out, thus dragging the conflict from the actual battlefield into social networks.
