On March 21, Changsheng Fund Management Co., Ltd. announced that, according to the “Measures for the Administration of Information Disclosure of Publicly Offered Securities Investment Funds,” Hao Zheng has resigned as the fund manager of Changsheng Dynamic Selection Securities Investment Fund (Fund abbreviation: Changsheng Dynamic Selection Hybrid, main fund code: 510081). Wang Yongfeng remains the fund manager of this fund.

Wang Yongfeng holds a master’s degree, has been in the position since March 19, 2026, with 18 years of securities industry experience and 18 years of securities investment management experience. His previous work experience includes roles as an industry analyst at Dagong International Credit Rating Co., Ltd., senior researcher at Rixin Securities Co., Ltd., general manager of the consumer goods research center at Minsheng Securities Co., Ltd., and chief analyst at GF Securities Co., Ltd. He joined Changsheng Fund Management Co., Ltd. in December 2025.

Hao Zheng’s departure was due to business adjustments, effective March 19, 2026. He will continue to serve as a fund manager for other funds under the company. The change has been processed with the Asset Management Association of China as required.
