2,734 Housing Units Fully Opened for Lease; Hefei Affordable Rental Housing Project Launched New Offerings

On March 22, reporters learned from Hefei Housing Security and Property Management Bureau that the Zhongshan Yijian Apartment · Gaoxin Community Affordable Rental Housing Project has completed fine decoration and delivery, with 2,734 units now fully available for rent. According to the plan, by 2026, Gaoxin District will gradually put into use 4,298 affordable rental housing units, continuously increasing support for new residents and young people to settle down.

The Zhongshan Yijian Apartment · Gaoxin Community Affordable Rental Housing Project covers a total construction area of approximately 126,900 square meters, with 9 rental residential buildings and a total of 2,734 units. It is also equipped with about 3,000 square meters of community commercial space, an operation center, and 1,688 square meters of elevated shared spaces, introducing convenience stores, fresh supermarkets, diverse dining options, and more to meet daily shopping and social needs, aiming to create a mixed-use, vibrant community for young people that combines living, socializing, and commerce.

The project is located at No. 525 Wangjing West Road, close to Mengcheng Station on Metro Line 6, just two stations away from transfer points to Lines 3 and 4. Relying on a “bus + rail” three-dimensional transportation network, it improves daily commuting efficiency. The main unit types are 32-35 square meters one-bedroom apartments, with a small number of 60-square-meter two-bedroom units, catering to the diverse living needs of singles and urban professionals.
