*ST Bosen announces that on March 20, 2026, the company’s controlling shareholder, Fang Weitongchuang, signed a Share Transfer Agreement with Guangzhou Yanfeng Digital Technology Co., Ltd. Fang Weitongchuang transferred 21,333,800 shares of the company, representing 14.81% of the total shares, to Yanfeng Digital through the agreement. After this transfer, Yanfeng Digital will become the company’s controlling shareholder, and Wang Bo, the controlling shareholder of Yanfeng Digital, will become the company’s actual controller.
