According to Tencent News, consumer Mr. Xiao purchased two sets of “Jomoo smart toilet with automatic sensor lid, integrated for home use, suitable for small apartments, no water pressure limit” at a price of 784 yuan each, paying a total of 1,568 yuan. Later, official Jomoo customer service identified these as non-genuine products. The seller could no longer be contacted, and the platform is working on coordination. Such feedback is not an isolated case. Complaint number 17392312970 on Black Cat Complaint Platform shows that on March 9, a consumer reported purchasing a Jomoo smart toilet on JD.com, which after installation was found to have no official after-sales information. Jomoo staff confirmed it was a fake product, and the seller was unreachable. The platform is actively mediating. In response, Jomoo has stated it will further strengthen channel control and traceability of genuine products to assist consumers with rights protection.

Feedback for Toto and Kohler mainly involved after-sales service and product details. Complaint number 17394409075 on Black Cat Complaint Platform shows a consumer reported purchasing a Kohler thermostatic shower, but the seller did not inform about temperature limits in advance, leading to unusable conditions in winter and the seller refused to accept returns. Complaint number 17393691971 shows another consumer reported malicious delays in warranty service by Kohler’s after-sales team, with repair requests during the warranty period not recorded, and after expiration, the consumer was asked to pay for repairs.
Domestic peer Hengjie Sanitary Ware received feedback mainly about product quality and service promises. Complaint number 17393924104 shows a consumer experienced flushing issues and unstable water temperature after installation. Complaint number 17392376797 indicates some consumers doubt whether service commitments are being fulfilled.
