Xpeng Motors (09868) announced that as of the end of December last year, it incurred a loss of 1.139 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), with a loss per share of 0.6 yuan, and no final dividend will be paid; the same period in 2024 recorded a loss of 5.79 billion yuan.

During the period, total revenue was 76.719 billion yuan, an increase of 87.73% year-on-year. According to non-GAAP measures, adjusted loss was 458 million yuan, and for 2024, the adjusted loss was 5.55 billion yuan.

In the fourth quarter alone last year, the company achieved a profit of 383 million yuan, marking its first positive net income in a single quarter; for the same period in 2024, it recorded a loss of 1.33 billion yuan. Quarterly total revenue was 22.25 billion yuan, an increase of 38.2% year-on-year.

Vice Chairman and Co-CEO of Xpeng Motors, Gu Hongdi, stated that in the fourth quarter of 2025, Xpeng’s gross profit margin reached 21.3%, setting a new record, and net profit reached 380 million yuan. The company has achieved a profit model driven by technological leadership, distinct from traditional automakers. By the end of last year, the company held 47.66 billion yuan in cash, providing a solid foundation for its firm investment in physical AI R&D.

For the first quarter of 2026, the company expects vehicle deliveries to range between 61,000 and 66,000 units, representing a decrease of approximately 29.79% to 35.11% year-on-year. Total revenue is projected to be between 12.2 billion and 13.28 billion yuan, a decline of about 16.01% to 22.84% year-on-year.
