Silver Has Resources announces that on March 16, 2026, the Fifth Board of Directors held its 33rd meeting, during which it approved the proposal for the election of the chairman. Mr. Wang Bin was elected as the chairman of the Fifth Board of Directors. He will also serve as the director of the Board, chairman of the Strategy Committee, chairman of the Compliance and Risk Management Committee, member of the Audit Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee. His term will last from the date of approval by the Board until the end of the Fifth Board’s term. The company will handle the relevant registration changes according to regulations, and the legal representative will be changed to Mr. Wang Bin.
