Hang Seng University of Hong Kong and Hong An Properties Sign Strategic Partnership Agreement Focusing on “Co-Design, Joint Operation, Complementary Strengths” to Launch New Student Accommodation Building “Hong Kong Hang Seng University Bo Xue Hall” Offering 121 Residential Units for Nearly 300 Students, Expected to Open in August Next Year

Hang Seng University of Hong Kong is leasing an entire 22-storey residential building under construction at 18 Ding Yip Street, Ngau Tau Kok, owned by Hong An Properties. The university has naming rights and participates in planning and design to ensure it meets students’ needs. The project is about a 5-minute walk from Ngau Tau Kok MTR Station, with multiple bus routes directly to the campus. Commuting time for students is approximately 30 minutes.

President Ho Shun Man said the new accommodation building addresses the increasing demand for housing due to student enrollment growth and provides vital support for the university’s long-term development. “Bo Xue Hall” features a gym, dance studio, conference rooms, and communal spaces, creating a quality living and learning environment for students.

Hong An Properties CEO Deng Hao Kang noted that following last year’s lease of the Nikko House at Kai Tak by Hang Seng University, they are pleased to collaborate again and create a new partnership model, jointly advancing the development of higher education in Hong Kong.
