Japanese and South Korean stock markets collectively decline; Nikkei 225 index falls over 3%

People’s Financial News, March 19 — The stock markets in Japan and South Korea closed lower. The Nikkei 225 index fell 3.38%, closing at 53,372.53 points; the KOSPI index in South Korea declined 2.73%, ending at 5,763.22 points.
