Shang Mei Digital Intelligence Releases First OpenClaw for Hotel Industry
Mars Finance reports that Shangmei Digital Intelligence Hotel Group has launched the hotel industry’s first intelligent agent hardware, “ShangXiaoMei,” abbreviated in Chinese as “Little Mei Lobster.” This product adopts a “smart agent + intelligent hardware” integrated model. In the future, it will be first implemented in hotels such as Shangke You, Pinrui, Lanou International, Thor Gaming, and Whale Joy. It is expected to be available for experience in some locations starting in the second quarter. Guests can complete check-in extensions, self-service room operations, and other tasks through natural voice conversations without needing to go to the front desk or use a mobile app. Shangmei Digital Intelligence has previously partnered with Tencent Cloud on cloud-based multi-agent applications.
