Kabei Yi Announcement: To meet the needs of the company’s overseas business development, further expand the Southeast Asian market, quickly respond to local customer demands, and achieve rapid product delivery, the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Vietnam, Kabei Yi Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name, subject to business registration), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hong Kong Kabei Yi Industrial Co., Ltd. The project is expected to have a total investment of no more than $36 million USD (approximately 250 million RMB), with a registered capital of $3 million USD.
