# The Source of Inner Strength

What is inner strength truly derived from? The core lies in this: whether you can become the absolute decision-maker of your own life. Many people mistakenly believe that strength comes from high stress tolerance and emotional stability, but that's only the surface. The true essence is whether you possess absolute control over every choice you make—daring to choose, taking accountability, and never looking back. This is a person's high degree of autonomy.

Observe those with fragile inner worlds: their decision-making systems are often parasitic on others—parental expectations, social clocks, a partner's emotions—all can easily alter their life choices. Highly autonomous individuals, by contrast, maintain clear boundaries. They don't care about external judgment regarding decisions they've made themselves. When facing bad situations, they can immediately own up and move on. When facing harm, they never look back. They allow external information to flow through, but never permit it to rewrite their core foundation.

The most fundamental operating logic is this: your pain and your joy must stem from the actualization of your own will, not from the feedback of others.
