On March 17, Ningbo Haishu District's first residential land successfully sold, with Ningbo Zhaoyuan Real Estate acquiring it at the reserve price of 633 million yuan, with a floor price of 11,197 yuan/㎡. The land parcel is designated as a high-quality residential area pilot project, requiring 55% of housing units to be four-generation residential products, and requiring the signing of a regulatory agreement.

On March 17, Ningbo Haishu’s first residential land sale of 2026 was successfully completed. Ningbo Zhaoyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (Jianfa & Haishu Development) won the bid at the starting price of 633 million yuan, with a floor price of 11,197 yuan per square meter.

The land parcel is HS07-02-13b in Haishu District, located in Duantang Street, designated for urban residential and supporting facilities, with a plot ratio between 1.0 and 1.6. The total land area is approximately 35,336 square meters, including 35,336 square meters of underground space.

This land is the first high-quality residential pilot project (Generation 4 residential) in Haishu District at the start of the year, adjacent to the same Generation 4 residential project, Jianfa Ruiyun Mansion.

According to the transfer conditions, about 55% of the housing units on the land can be developed as Generation 4 residential products, featuring an aerial green space platform to provide a superior living experience compared to conventional residences.

Before signing the land transfer contract, the winning bidder must sign the “Haishu District HS07-02-13b Land High-Quality Residential Supervision Agreement” with the Haishu District People’s Government. The development and construction requirements and breach of contract responsibilities for this high-quality residential project will be governed by this agreement.
