March 17: The national average wholesale price of pork at agricultural product wholesale markets was 16.20 yuan/kg, up 0.1% compared to yesterday.
Gelonghui March 17 | According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs monitoring, the “Agricultural Product Wholesale Price Index 200” on March 17 was 122.43, down 0.33 points from yesterday. The “Vegetable Basket” wholesale price index was 124.08, down 0.38 points from yesterday. As of 14:00 today, the national average wholesale price of pork at agricultural markets is 16.20 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from yesterday; beef is 66.13 yuan/kg, down 0.1%; lamb is 64.53 yuan/kg, down 0.4%; eggs are 7.52 yuan/kg, down 0.1%; and whole chickens are 17.20 yuan/kg, up 0.2%. The average price of 28 key monitored vegetables is 4.88 yuan/kg, down 0.2%; the average price of 6 key monitored fruits is 7.84 yuan/kg, down 0.8%. Crucian carp is 19.86 yuan/kg, down 0.1%; carp is 14.45 yuan/kg, down 0.8%; white silver carp is 10.65 yuan/kg, up 0.5%; large hairtail is 41.65 yuan/kg, down 3.3%.
Today, among the 46 key monitored fresh agricultural products in the domestic wholesale market, the top five price increases compared to yesterday are rapeseed, celery, lettuce, spinach, and watermelon, with increases of 3.2%, 2.8%, 2.5%, 2.4%, and 1.6%, respectively. The top five price decreases are scallions, hairtail, duck pears, bananas, and winter melon, with decreases of 3.6%, 3.3%, 2.3%, 2.3%, and 2.3%, respectively.
