IT House, March 10 — Source @x86deadandback tweeted yesterday (March 9) on the X platform, revealing that a second test sample of the Intel Core Ultra 5 250K Plus processor has been found in the PassMark database.

In terms of specifications, the Intel Core Ultra 5 250K Plus processor builds on the previous generation Ultra 5 245K with 14 cores by adding 4 efficiency cores (E-Cores), bringing the total to 18 cores. Additionally, the turbo frequency has been increased to 5.3 GHz.

IT House previously reported that in the first PassMark benchmark for this processor, the Ultra 5 250K Plus scored 4,854 points in single-core tests and 50,478 points in multi-core tests.

Based on PassMark benchmark data, compared to the Intel Core Ultra 5 245K, the Ultra 5 250K Plus shows approximately a 3% improvement in single-core performance and a 16.6% increase in multi-core performance.

In the latest leaked second test sample, the Core Ultra 5 250K Plus scored 4,955 points in single-thread tests and 53,561 points in multi-thread tests, with multi-thread performance increasing by about 6% and single-thread performance rising slightly by 2%.

Ultra 5 250K Plus Sample 2 Ultra 5 250K Plus Sample 1 Core Ultra 5 245K
Single-core score 4955 4854 4713
Multi-core score 53561 50478 43276

Overall, current test results indicate that the average multi-thread score of this chip remains stable at around 52,020 points, nearly 20% higher than the previous 245K generation, and only 11.4% lower than the 20-core Core Ultra 7 265K.
