DAO Infrastructure Provider Tally Announces Shutdown

Odaily Planet Daily reports that DAO infrastructure provider Tally has announced its closure. The platform had been operating for six years. Its CEO, Dennison Bertram, stated that under the strict regulatory environment during the Biden administration, driven by U.S. SEC Chair Gary Gensler, projects used DAO for decentralized governance to reduce legal risks. However, with the current more relaxed regulatory environment, DAO governance is no longer a necessary option, weakening the demand for governance tools. (CoinDesk)
