IT House, March 10 — AMD launched the Ryzen AI Embedded processor line at CES 2026 earlier this year, with the P100 series sharing the same lineage as the consumer-grade Ryzen AI 300/400 series.

IT House notes that AMD previously only announced 4-core and 6-core models of the Ryzen AI Embedded P100. At Embedded World 2026, the company added 8-core, 10-core, and 12-core versions to this series, forming a complete product stack.

The Ryzen AI Embedded P100 series includes standard, industrial, and automotive-grade branches, each with different temperature ranges and reliability levels. It supports up to 8533MT/s LPDDR5X memory, with NPU computing power reaching 50 TOPS.
